RO: Mladen este un fără scrupule agent de vânzări pentru case de vacanţă cu mai mulţi proprietari: compania lui atrage turişti din ţările ex-iugoslave cu promisiunea unor vacanţe "gratuite" la o staţiune, după care îi convinge să cumpere proprietatea. Când Metod, şeful, află că soţia l-a înşelat cu Mladen, îi pasează acestuia cel mai dificil client, pe Omer, un veteran al războiului din Bosnia.

EN: Mladen is a ruthless timeshare property sales agent, his company lures tourists from different countries of ex-Yougoslavia by inviting them to "free" holidays at a resort during which they are going to be persuaded to buy the property. When Metod, the boss, finds out that his wife has been cheating on him with Mladen, he assigns Mladen the toughest client, Omer, a Bosnian war veteran.
