Octombrie 2015. Vama franceză confiscă șapte tone de canabis în inima capitalei. În aceeași zi, Hubert Antoine, un fost infiltrat de la narcotice, îl contactează pe Stéphane Vilner, un tânăr jurnalist al publicației Libération. El pretinde că poate demonstra existența traficului de stat condus de Jacques Billard, personaj de presă proeminent și ofițer de poliție francez de rang înalt. Suspicios la început, tânărul jurnalist se scufundă în cele din urmă într-o anchetă care îl va duce în cele mai întunecate colțuri ale Republicii.

October 2015. French customs seize seven tonnes of cannabis in the heart of the capital. The same day, Hubert Antoine, a former mole with a shady past, contacts Stéphane Vilner, a journalist at Libération. He claims to be able to demonstrate the existence of State drug trafficking led by Jacques Billard, a prominent media figure and high-ranking French police officer. Suspicious at first, the young journalist finally dives into an investigation that will lead him to the darkest corners of the Republic.
